Seeing beyond the mask and the mirror
The process of creating (A channeled message)
The process of creating (A channeled message)
Last December, when I began to normalize after my crazy experiences of the previous 4/5 months, I channeled a sigil and two messages that were represented1 within the sigilā¦
The sigil came first. Then, a morning or two later, I woke up with this part from the song Marrakesh Night Market by Loreena McKennitt playing over and over in my head:
Would you like my mask?
Would you like my mirror?
Cries the man in the shadowing hood
You can look at yourself
You can look at each other
You can look at the face
The face of your god
And it continued to play over and over in my head for a day or so, and then I suddenly felt strongly called to channel a message that was behind the sigil.2
It ended up coming out in two recordings.
The first message was short, as this is not something I have done before and donāt really know what Iām doing⦠I was just trying to stay open and let the words comes as they came, but I think I kind of lost myself and needed to stop.
The second message sort of repeats what the first says a bit, but in more depth and the expands upon the subject⦠bringing it a little more to something that can be useful in life (I think, anyway! š¤) For that second message, I sat in front of and kept looking at the sigil to try to stay open to the message.
As I listen back to these messages now, 6ish months later, they make perfect sense to me⦠but there is a part of me that worries it will be gibberish to anyone else 𤣠and wonders why in godās name I would possibly put this out there for anyone to see how utterly bonkers I am š¤£š¤£
But I am now feeling called to share it, so I am trusting that it is the right time for those who can understand what it says to find it.
A few notes about the transcripts:
I highly suggest listening to the audios and not just reading the transcripts. I have included them to facilitate listening, but I believe there is something about the vibrations of the words that helps to make them better understood. So if you can, please listen AND read if you prefer to read.
I wanted to keep the transcripts as close to all the words I said, as I said them⦠but I did feel the need to clean it up a little bit at some points when I would repeat things too much to find what I was trying to say and exact wording would make reading needlessly clunky.
There were a couple of instances where I broke away from the channeling in the recording to insert a bit of my own thoughts, opinions, and explanations, so I italicized them to denote that. The parts in bold/italic-bold are just me emphasizing some parts that felt like they called for extra emphasis, like when I spoke them.
Ok. Enough introduction, letās get to the messages!
The process of creating ~ Seeing beyond the mask and the mirror
Transcript 1:
What we see is not necessarily what it is. What we see is the end result of what has been processed.
We see our own reflection, or we see the reflection of the otherā¦
The mask and the mirrorā¦
Our reflection in the mirror.
However, the mask is also a reflection. It is not the thing in and of itself. What we see⦠what we see is an output of what was processed.
We take something in, and we don't necessarily put it out as it came in.
We take things in and there is a process that happens that⦠that digests, in a sense, that which was taken in, and what we put outāeither⦠er, what we put out is what is seen.
It's either seen as a reflection in the mirror, or it is seen as a mask on the other.
It is the byproduct of what has been digested.
So what we take in and what we put out is it is the same energy, but it's different.
(PS⦠Iām adding this as a note after re-listening now and going over the transcript: I realize that last sentence probably doesnāt make much sense as it is⦠like I said, I kind of lost it there and had to regroup to better tune into the message.)
Transcript 2:
What is the message that is trying to come through here?
When you focus on what it looks like, you're focusing on what has already been created⦠what has already been manifested⦠what is already done.
When you're focusing on what you can see, you're not focusing on what can be changed. That has already been created⦠that has already been outputted.
To focus on what you can see and then try to change it⦠manipulate it⦠do something about it⦠is like trying to get nutrients out of waste.
It's not there.
The nutrients have been processed and taken out already. The waste is just that. It is done.
What matters is what has not been taken in yet.
This can be confusing as we're used to looking out at the world with our eyes and seeing what is there. And⦠and interacting with that⦠interacting with the mask, interacting with the mirror⦠interacting with what we see⦠interacting with what has been outputted.
The secret⦠the point⦠the way to create change is to learn to be sensitive to what is being taken in. Because we take the energies in and then we process it. And then after we process it⦠after we take out what we need from the energy⦠we output a creation, and that is done.
It is in the process of the taking in and the processing of the energies that creation and change and manipulationābut not manipulation in a bad sense; manipulation in the sense of being able to affect the desired changesā¦
It is in that⦠it is in that middle part where the changeāthe so-called āmanifestationā is created.
So focusing too much on what we can see on the outside, around us, is not helpful.
We want to step back and to focus on what we are experiencing.
The⦠it's what they speak of in manifestation-speak. People⦠that⦠I forget the exact words that they use, but it's, you know, when they say, oh, it's about the journey. It's about the⦠the, you know, the parts before it. You have to feel it before you can whatever, you know, and that's theirā¦
It's annoying sometimes to me, but that is⦠it is the truth. It is just the words in which they are delivered and the way in which people see it and approach it that loses its meaning sometimes and then just becomes rhetoric.
But it isn't that⦠it is⦠it is in the processing of the energies that we are receiving that that we create what we see in the end, afterwards.
What is necessary is to learn to become more sensitive to the experience as we are living life; our feeling, sensing, being experience.
Call your attention back from what you see and focus more on what you feel.
It is a common experience⦠or it is a common thing for people to think that what they are feeling is arising from what they are seeing.
But the truth is that the seeing is an echo of previous feeling.
So what is important is that we continue to bring ourselves back to what we are feeling now, to what we are sensing now, to what our bodies, our experiencing now⦠becoming more attuned, more sensitive to that because that is the processing that is giving rise to what we are putting outward and eventually seeing.
It feels difficult at first because we are not used to operating that way. But it is⦠it is a matter of learning, practicing... It is a matter of practicing, of taking the time to breathe back into the body, bring ourselves always back.
It is easy to get distracted by what we are seeing and that's okay because we are⦠we are very visually focused.
That is just how it is.
But the more that we can try to hold lightly in our awareness that the seeing is the reflection of previous feeling, the more we will be able to become more sensitive to the actual order of how things happen.
And by continually just observing yourself, your feelings, your sensations, as you can, when you can⦠and not forcing it⦠but just coming backā¦
The more you do that, the more you feel it, the more⦠the more you notice it. And the more you bring everything back⦠or the more you're able to tune into the actual order of things⦠to focus more on the feeling and on the sensing, and realize that, yes, we are having feeling sensing reactions to what we are seeing.
But it was previous feeling sensing, that resulted in what we are seeing and then having a reaction to.
And that's how it can become a⦠um a self-fulfilling prophecy. That's how it can become something that feels like it runs away from us because⦠or⦠or that we can't do anything about or that we seem helpless forā¦
Because if we're always reacting, if we're always allowing what we are seeing to dictate how we are feelingāor not to dictate, but if we are always only⦠if we're always only reacting, in our feeling, to what we are seeing, it snowballs because of this process.
By bringing our awareness always back to what we are feeling and just⦠just learning to sit with it, to observe it, to be aware of it, that already begins to break the chain.
There's nothing to do.
There is only awareness to lean into.
Yes, yes, we tend to think that we need to do things and there are actions that are necessary.
However, if we allow these⦠if we allow these things to be inverted within usāif we're only always acting based on feelings that we are having based on things that we are seeing, then we are stuck in a crazy loop-de-loop⦠in a crazy, vicious cycle of our own creation⦠without knowing it, without being able to see how. And the more we are stuck in this loop, the more it seems that it is not a part of us. And then we just get more and more lost in it.
Like I saidāas was just said, it is okay. It's about awareness. It's okay. That's the⦠That's what I needed to say and got a little lost there. Um, it's okay.
It's okay. It's all okay. There is no blame.
It is just how we have operated.
It's how we've learned to be. It's how we⦠it's how the world has been. And it's easy to get all the more caught up in it, the more that it is just seen as normal.
So awareness.
Bringing your awareness back to the feelings, to the sensations.
That is what breaks⦠begins to break the loop-de-loop, always awareness.
There is nothing to do. In time doing happens naturally.
We don't have to think about it with our minds. Our minds need⦠mostly and firstly⦠most of all, to serve as the observers.
Just watch, just see.
Just turn that seeing to the feelings.
Don't let⦠No, no, no, no, no. That's not what I wanted to say. That's not what it says. Um yes.3
Allow the mind to observe the feelings. That's the only actual doing that needs to be done.
The observations of the feelings and sensations in the moments.
Everything else can and will unfold from there.
That is where understanding begins to come from.
Iām really not sure if ārepresentedā is the correct word to use here, but I cannot think of how else to say what I want to say.
It was such a strong pull to that part of the song that I even recorded myself singing it. I have, however, listened to it twice as I was getting this piece ready and most definitely do not have the courage to share it. I do not sing in front of people and that is not a threshold I am ready to cross⦠especially like this! 𤣠And thereās no shame in that. We are ready for what we are ready, right?!
LOL. Donāt mind me here⦠had a little short circuit and lost what I was saying, then talked to myself lol. I donāt even know haha. I am leaving it in because I want the transcript to be just that, the transcript of what I said. And I did glitch here a bit š¤ and it is what it is.
