Because it’s me, it’s not enough to just do a pick-a-card or pick-a-pile… I gotta do it differently right off the bat lol
I was inspired with 3 different questions to read for in this first reading I’m sharing, and I decided to ask all 3… letting YOU decide which question you want to know the answer for or feel called to. 😁

1. First Question/Card
What am I not seeing?
It’s kind of funny to me that each one of these readings could be answered completely and in full by my Messages oracle deck alone 🤭
“What am I not seeing? Answer: Emotions have their own logic.”
I will, of course, elaborate, as we also have a second card and I am getting a larger message. But I want you to keep in mind that simple and quite important message.
The feeling I am getting is that you are trying to understand something with your rational mind but are feeling thwarted and frustrated. No matter how hard you try, it feels like you can’t get through whatever is causing you to feel thrown off balance.
We can try to “mindset” ourselves until we are blue in the face, but that’s like trying to heal a broken leg by drinking anti-venom. If you had been bitten by a snake, then anti-venom would be the cure. However, it will do absolutely nothing to help you heal that broken leg.
It’s a weird analogy, I know. I just wanted to choose two random and unrelated things to help illustrate the point.
The point is… You can’t affect change in your emotions through thinking. You have to feel your way through it…
Now, I want you to have a look at the other card in the image (i.e. not the one with the words).
What do you see? What do you feel when you look at it? What physical sensations do you feel in your body right now and as you look at it?
As I tap into the energies that I am receiving in this reading, I feel my chest constrict. My shoulders want to fold inward. My stomach tightens. It gives me a feeling of wishing I could just close my eyes and shrink until I disappear.
It feels overwhelming. And kinda scary. And my emotions say, “Ugh. I really don’t want to deal with this!”
I wonder… does this sound familiar to you? If you stop and check in with yourself and your body, do you experience those feelings/sensations or something like them?
So… what are you not seeing?
There is some sort of fear, overwhelm, and a desire to let go completely because of the fear and overwhelm… all of which you are not aware of right now. It’s happening beneath the surface. Even if you have a sense of something, I am feeling that there is more… deeper… that you are not yet aware of, in this.
I am getting that your mind is telling you that what you feel does not make sense and, therefore, you should not be feeling what you are feeling. And it is causing you to try to shift your attention away… to ANYTHING else… so that you can pretend that this feeling is not there. You may or may not be consciously aware that you are doing so.
What can you do about it now that it is being shown to you?
Allow yourself to feel what you are feeling even though/if/when your mind thinks it doesn’t make sense.
You are allowed to feel things even if they don’t make sense.
Emotions do not follow the logical processes of the mind…
Emotions have their own logic!
It’s not easy, I know, to feel these things that we fear feeling. The fear does exist for a reason. But trust that you are ultimately safe and you CAN open up to feeling this. It will not destroy or harm you… they are just feelings.
You may also not be aware of this blocking off… or of the feelings behind it that I am describing.
Our minds are very good at distracting us from the truths of our emotions and bodies.
If you are not instantly connecting to what I am saying here, don’t dismiss it right away. Be curious. Ask your body and emotions if this is true for you. And the give them time to show you.
Of course, this may not be the reading for you, and in that case, never mind. Don’t take what does not resonate. But if you felt drawn to this question, I urge you to keep an open mind.
Sometimes, what we have buried is not readily accessible to our conscious minds.
Give it mental openness and curiosity… you may be surprised to find what bubbles us with a little time and inner space!
Regardless of whether you can see this in yourself right now or not, I urge you to ask you EMOTIONS to show you the truth of your present moment. Do not judge what comes up. Just hold space for it.
There is something that needs to be felt. And that is what you are not seeing right now.

2. Second Question/Card
An important message about my current situation?
I do love that my Messages oracle deck seems to be giving such simple, concise, and powerful answers to each of these questions!!
Your important message? “Listen to your body!”
I have more to add, for sure, but I want you to be sure to remember that one, very important piece of advice, ok?
I am feeling an impasse. Like a heavy stand-still. It’s kind of grumpy too, lol. (That’s interesting!)
Your body needs your attention. Whatever is happening in your current situation… that feels stuck… or unpleasant… or uncomfortable… making you feel frustrated, bitter, angry, or disappointed1… it’s because in some way, shape, or form, you are not honoring your body’s needs.
Maybe your body needs rest.
Maybe your body needs better nutrition.
I'm just throwing out random thoughts… it could be a variety of things… more movement… more fun… more pleasure… less overindulgence… more space… more calm… less light… more light… less sound… more sound… better tastes… better smells… more beauty… less clutter… silence… more people and interaction… less people and interaction… more stillness… less stillness…
Ok, ok. I’m gonna stop randomly coming up with examples and get on with it. 😅
My point is that I’m not getting one specific need… the specifics will vary depending on who chooses this particular question. But the common thread is that your body is calling out, asking you to slow your mental roll and give your body what it desperate needs.
I’m thinking for most who choose this question, your body has already started to act out in some way.
Instead of trying to wrestle it to the ground and force it to do what you want it to do, you would do well to take a step back and take a different look at what you are doing.
Cuz your body is grumpy and needs to be tended to.
We can only ignore our body’s needs for so long before it forces us to stop and pay attention to it.
This is your call to do so before you get to that point.
And guys. Let me make this clear… I’m not saying that there is a medical issue here- remember, this is not what I do. I am not a medical professional nor do I give medical advice.
No, no. This is about way before all that.
Like… this is more about- “Be sure to check in with your body to see if it needs to drink more water,” rather than, “You’re gonna get sick if you… blah blah blah” - I can’t even think of an example for that one haha. And I am totally getting off-track here, so let me reign myself back in…
SO.
Your important message…
Take a moment. And a mental step back. Breathe. Bring your attention to your body. Say, “Hello my dear body. What do you need right now?” And then please figure out how to honor that.
Because your body is the vehicle that you have to navigate through this life.
And what it needs matters.
Oh, AND!!!
This applies to you even if you think you already listen to your body. Maybe it even applies doubly so if that is the case.
Because if you chose this question, then there is absolutely something your body needs that you have not been giving it.
Of course, as always, “Take what resonates and leave the rest,” but don’t dismiss this right off the bat. Take a little time to ponder what I am saying here before you decide it’s not for you.
To understand what this need is and how to honor it, you have to put your mental stories of what is good and healthy aside and approach this inner conversation in a completely open way. You may be surprised and rather unhappy about what the answer may be… but please…

3. Third Question/Card
How do I best move forward from here?
You know that thing that happens when you are trying to remember something, and it’s on the tip of your tongue… you KNOW you know it, but it’s like your brain just can’t find the stupid file… and no matter how hard you try, you just cannot retrieve it. So you let it go, annoyed and frustrated, and move on. Then later, out of nowhere, your brain suddenly remembers what The Darn Thing was!!
This is kind of like that.
How do you move forward? Let it go. Do something else for a while.
You are not going to will whatever it is into moving/happening/existing through sheer force right now.
The only thing doing that will accomplish is to further annoy and frustrate (or anger… embitter… disappoint…)2 yourself!
Put the goal aside for now. It is a time for letting what has already been done and accomplished marinate…
You are being called to ease your grip on the desired outcome or situation, and to “indulge” yourself in something that brings you joy… for the simple sake of joy itself.
Rest, relax, play, enjoy… be a little eccentric in it, even!
Indulge!! That word keeps wanting to be expressed and highlighted…
I feel like I can’t stress the importance of this message enough!
Stop. Trying. To. Force. It.
I know, I know. It’s not easy to stop pushing… to stop trying to charge ahead and just get there already. I can feel the strength of this pushing energy and it’s intense. It’s making me want to repeat myself over and over to try to get this point across… to try to hammer it into you lol 🤭

It is certainly uncomfortable to sit with this kind of pushing energy. It wants to feel alive and be active. It wants to Make Happen!!
Which is good and necessary in life, for sure…
BUT… it is not always a healthy expression.
So…
Ask yourself why this pushing energy is there. Is there a fear that The Thing won’t happen? Or maybe fear of what it says about you if it doesn’t happen? Or something else? Try to get a sense of what driving this push.
Acknowledge it. Allow it to exist without trying to change it.
Let it be what it is… it’s ok that it’s there. You don’t need to resist it.
Once you’ve acknowledged this, shift your focus to something fun and joyful.
Go have some fun.
The time to make headway on your goal or desire will come in its time.
But for now…
Do something else.
(Oh! Also… I forgot to mention… regarding this question. I kept trying to reword it in different ways because for some reason, it seemed a little oddly phrased as it first came to me… but no, it was meant to be put in these words. No rephrased version felt right, so I figured ah well, I guess this is what it needs to be. So maybe there is something in the wording of the question that is significant to those the answer is for?! It doesn’t necessarily have to be so, but maybe for someone specific as a confirmation of some kind… something like that.)
